Clean Burn holds numerous U.S. and international patents on technologies and processes related to the combustion of waste oils.

To help protect the quality, integrity, and benefits of the industry, Clean Burn vigorously defends its patents for both design and function.

We have 70 trucks and 40 other pieces of heavy equipment at this location of our heavy construction company. They all produce a great deal of oil. We rely on our Clean Burn furnaces to recycle this used motor oil into free heat. At our Johnston facility we have three different shops, totally more than 8,000 square feet in space, that the Clean Burn units help heat.

Our Clean Burn furnaces have been so successful at our facilities that we’re investigating adding a Clean Burn boiler system to this location to supplement the hot water needs for our concrete operations.

As we review our fuel bills, we find that using our Clean Burn systems have helped keep our energy costs manageable for the past several years.

Our Clean Burn units are efficient, dependable and require minimal ongoing maintenance. I’m exceptionally impressed with their efficiency.

We previously had a different waste oil recycling furnaces at our facility. They were inefficient and required tedious ongoing maintenance. After we switched to Clean Burn furnaces we immediately noticed a positive difference. The Clean Burn units are efficient and require minimal maintenance.

Several of our sister companies have Clean Burn units. Additionally, our Brooklyn, Iowa facility has been using a Clean Burn boiler to provide in-floor heating. Based on our past success with Clean Burn, this is the only brand we will now consider for our facilities.

Even though energy costs are projected to skyrocket this winter, I’m not worried. Our Clean Burn units have greatly reduced our heating bills during the past five years. We’ve actually saved energy costs year-after-year thanks to our Clean Burn units.

Our family-owned heavy construction company started in 1947. In 2003 we made one of the smartest business decisions imaginable by adding Clean Burn furnaces to our operation. These units provide an on-site source for us to recycle used motor oil and turn it into free heat.
